Another weekend down the drain..

Well this weekend i discovered that my plugs on my harness are waaay different than the motor so it looks like I have to order one from www.rywire.com. On a lighter note I found out that my motor is a '92 Integra XSi B16a..which means now i have 170hp, a better transmission, and more torque. SCORE!!

These lines got cut somehow and im pretty sure it should just be connected so i will buy a new one soon..

The power steering pump on this motor has a drive in it so you need to remove the cap and take out the top gear. Then put some grease in there and seal the vacuum lines. If you dont then it will seize up later down the road and cause some problems.

These injector plugs dont meet up either

Well I'm waiting on my parts to get here still..this wait is killing me. I just want to get this project done with already!! I need to get my VTEC wired up so I need to get the diagrams and hook in the ECU. I've heard so far from people that it isnt that hard i just need to make sure i do everything right.

when installing a b16a you can use either a PR3 ECU or a PW0, most people ive found prefer the PR3.

The engine so far..i removed the a/c compressor and the power steering pump. I got a new gasket for my polished header and installed it all before coming back up. I got some engine degreaser and when i go home itll get another coat and hopefully I'll install the half shaft, motor mounts and new shift linkage.

The b16a finally came..the others didnt make it..

Well i got my headers and my engine finally this weekend..they backed a whole semi down my driveway just to drop it off. it came with a cut harness, a pr3 ecu, and the 5spd tranny, but much to my dismay i found out that they messed up again!! They forgot to send my custom motor mounts, shift linkage and half shaft! How can this place be so stupid and forget my parts. ITS ON AN INVOICE!!!!

well heres the header, which i can tell ill love already since its half the weight of my stock one.

ah the b16a fresh off the truck..plus a/c compressor and power steering pump.

the engine bay probably hasnt been cleaned since 1991 so i used a few coats of black magic tire foam and it looks like new!

well heres some pics of my new '04 Si wheels and the front lowered. I used Tokico Blue Gas Shocks with Neuspeed race springs. Can't get the back done yet since the bolts are completely rusted and id have to cut the shocks and buy all new bushings.
